This report covers the period between November 1, 2021 and January 31, 2023 for GPE’s $2.5 million education sector implementation grant to the Federated States of Micronesia.

The grant is designed to implement compulsory early childhood education to all 5-year-old children in 2024. Key achievement during the reporting period include: development of detailed implementation plans and budgets for early childhood education at the national level and for each state, which have been endorsed by the government.
