Hilaire Hounkpodoté is coordinator of Programme d’Analyse des Systèmes Éducatifs (PASEC) of the Conférence des ministres de l’Éducation des États et gouvernements de la Francophonie (CONFEMEN).

Previously, he was research associate at Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar on learning assessment in Jangandoo program and at the central bank of West African states on modeling supply shocks on economies. He was also Head of Studies at the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Analysis (INSAE) in Benin.

Mr. Hounkpodoté is an Economic Statistician Engineer graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure de Statistique et d'Economie Appliquée (ENSEA) in Abidjan. He is currently finalizing a doctoral thesis in educational science at the University of Geneva.
